TIAMAT Tier 3 is our “state gym”—a transformational container where you play with states of consciousness and watch how they shape who you are and what you do. We aim at virtue as our north star, keep a simple almost-monastic daily rhythm, and learn beyond concepts through collaborative practice in an inviting, exploratory space (not a step-by-step handbook).
Inside, you’ll meet your “parts” as lively, relational voices; neither just in your head nor objects to boss around, to map everyday state-shifts and their affordances.
We also train transjective fluency, which you can think of as the quick hop between “I am this” and “I’m seeing this”, so you can spot yourself, others, and the moment more clearly while you’re in it.

Conceptual bottlenecks: Knowing about practices isn’t enough. Real change lives in participation. Tier 3 isn't about what you know or what you can do. So…who are you?
Dynamic Balance: Walking a fine line between how much attention there is on yourself and others is like walking a tightrope. How can you show up fully and still stay fluid?
Virtue as a Philosophical Framework: How do we hold our sense of self up to the light and ask "Is this the kind of person I should become?"
Anti-Automation: Sometimes we rush into action or drag ourselves away. But are you able to discern, in the moment, what's yours to do?
Leading-by-Being: When steeped in ambiguity, we can trap ourselves in stasis looking for someone to do something. How do you sense into what is about to/needs to/could potentially happen are participate in it?

Tier 3 is participatory, not prescriptive: think sangha and distributed cognition, with repeatable core practices over one-off tricks. It follows the same daily structure as Tier 2, except the responsibility falls on the group to maintain it.
There are no gurus here, no one person to look to.
We train in ambiguity on purpose—getting comfy while meaning is still knitting itself. You’ll need to bring everything from Tier 1&2 and before to bear. There is much to be learnt and a syllabus to complete, but the group decides its pace, tone, texture and weight. And all along, virtue is our north star for weighing options and stitching insights across shifting states.

Course Curriculum
Tier 3 follows the Tier 2 daily breakdown, but each day revolves around a virtue to be conceived, questioned, criticized, reiterated, reanimated, represented and more. It is important to note here that no facilitator participates in the authoritatively in this process, serving only as a guide/mirror for the group's process and only explicitly teaching when it comes to the skills-building sessions.
Day 1 - Framing Lecture: The Sensed Presence of Virtue
Day 2 - What is Rectitude?
Day 3 - What is Courage?
Day 4 - What is Benevolence?
Day 5 - What is Respect?
Day 6 - What is Honesty?
Day 7 - What is Honor?
Day 8 - What is Loyalty?
Day 9 - What is Sophrosyne?
Day 10 - Closing

Tier 3 tunes your inner orchestra—states become steerable, virtue becomes audible—and you learn to play with others without losing your line. Bring that music back to daily life and the wider TIAMAT ecology, where integration isn’t an afterthought; it’s the next movement.

SPIRE Training Program
SPIRE trains facilitators who can hold depth, spark insight, and keep groups coherent under heat. Over a progressive curriculum, you'll acquire the certification as a facilitator and be able to lead workshops and events in your own community, all the way from Crossroads & Connections, to Intros, to Tier 1-3! By intertwining teaching with practice and facilitation, SPIRE becomes a do-tank through practice-as-research. Your involvement in SPIRE will help to grow the ecology of practices and reiterate on it, keeping TIAMAT alive and ever-evolving!
