Each session is hands-on, human, and paced for beginners, so you leave with skills you can actually use. Expect lively demos, mini-practices, and plenty of guided reflection.

Ethan
Lead Facilitator
Ethan Hsieh is working in the intersection between actor-training and 4E cognitive science. With an MA in Professional Practice: Theatre and Drama Facilitation from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Ethan has designed and delivered transformational community-building programs, retreats and workshops in Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, France, Czechia and Singapore.

Adéla
Support Facilitator
Adela lives in the Czech Republic, where she studied teaching. She found a voccation that suits her perfectly and currently works as a funeral guide. In addition to it she works as a volunteer at a hospice and in harm reduction service at festivals.
The strongest way for her to perceive existence is, let's say, an intuitive grasp. This, combined with metaphorical perception and simplicity, is sometimes very useful for naming situations.
Just as she likes to share time/space/food/presence with friends, she also explores ways to be alone and not run away right away. Nature helps 🙂

Ben
Support Facilitator
Ben is an excitable and curious facilitator, driven by the belief that discovery happens when we embrace both play and risk-taking. He thrives on creating dynamic spaces that encourage participation. Specialising in embodied practice, Ben loves exploring complex topics with groups, guiding them on engaging journeys where stepping outside the comfort zone leads to deep, collective insight.
